Section 1154.3 - Sightseeing permit

No person shall conduct sightseeing flights or tours at any terminal except under permit from the authority. By sightseeing flights or tours is meant flights or tours on which passengers are carried for hire and which originate and terminate at the same terminal with no intermediate stops other than emergency stops.
