Section 1152.22 - Equal punishment

If the violation within the State of any of the rules and regulations set forth in this Part, would have been a felony, misdemeanor or other punishable offense if committed on any public road, street, highway, or turnpike, in the municipality in which such violation occurred, it shall be tried and punished in the same manner as if it had been committed on such public road, street, highway or turnpike.
