Section 1152.17 - Headlight display

All vehicles shall display lights from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, and at all other times when there is not sufficient light to render clearly discernible persons and vehicles at a distance of 500 feet, except when such vehicles are parked in areas designated by the manager.
