Section 1152.11 - Prescribed parking

No person shall park a vehicle or permit the same to remain halted in, at or upon any terminal or terminal highway, except at such places and for such periods of time as may be prescribed or permitted by the authority. In the event that a vehicle is parked or remains halted in violation of this section, the vehicle may be removed and the owner of the vehicle will be liable for the costs of removal and storage of the vehicle. The disposition of abandoned vehicles will be governed by section 1224 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
