Section 1151.20 - Sound reproduction ban in public transportation facility

No person shall operate or use any radio, television, tape recorder or phonograph in or on any public transportation facility, except with the use of earphones or such other device as will limit the reproduction of the sound only to the hearing of the person operating the radio, television, tape recorder or phonograph.
