Section 1151.12 - Harassment

No person while at a transportation facility shall with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person by the doing of any of the following acts:

(a) strike, shove, kick or otherwise subject him to physical contact, or attempt or threaten to do the same;

(b) follow a person in or about any transportation facility in the absence of authority so to do;

(c) engage in a course of conduct or repeatedly commit acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person and which serve no legitimate purpose; or

(d) use abusive or obscene language, or make an obscene gesture.
