Section 1150.9 - Tampering

(a) No person shall interfere or tamper with any aircraft, watercraft or motor vehicle, or start the engine of same, or use any parts, instruments or tools unless authorized to do so.

(b) Heater valves, sprinkler valves and devices, blower motors, fire extinguishers or any other terminal machinery or equipment shall not be tampered with at any time or used for other than the intended purpose.

(c) Tags showing the date of last inspection shall be left attached to each unit.

(d) No person other than an authorized employee shall turn heaters on and off or operate any other terminal equipment, except in leased areas.
