Section 1150.4 - Effect of partial invalidity

If any provision of the rules and regulations set forth in this Chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of such rules and regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of such rules and regulations are declared severable.
