Part 1150 - General
Section 1150.2 - Permission conditioned upon compliance

Any permission granted by the authority directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, to any person or persons, to enter upon or use any terminal or part thereof, including but not limited to passengers; spectators; sightseers; tenants, concessionaires and other persons occupying space or doing business with the authority, its tenants and concessionaires, and their officers and employees; permitees and; and all other persons whatsoever whether or not within the foregoing categories, is conditioned upon compliance with the authority rules and regulations, and entry upon or into any terminal by any person shall be deemed to constitute an agreement by such person to comply with said rules and regulations; provided, however, that provision may be made in a written lease that said rules and regulations shall not apply to such leased area.
