Section 1150.10 - Reporting accidents

Any person involved in an accident at a terminal or on a terminal highway which results in injury or death to any person or damage to any property, or which may give rise to a claim against the authority, shall render such assistance as may be needed and make a full report to the manager as soon as practicable but in no event more than three days thereafter. In the event that a written report of such accident is required by State or Federal law, a copy of such report shall also be submitted to the manager.
