Section 1100.6 - Inspection and copying

(a) Inspection and copying of records shall be conducted within the office of the commission under the supervision of the public access officer or his designee. The person may make either handwritten copies of records or through the use of his own copying or reproduction equipment.

(b) A charge of 20 cents per page not exceeding nine inches by 15 inches in size shall be made for each copy furnished, provided however, that the public access records officer may, in his discretion, waive all or any portion of such changes for a particular record or class of records.
