Section 1100.3 - Records access officer

(a) The designated records access officer of the commission is Marsha Bird, research analyst.

(b) Requests to inspect or to obtain a copy of records in the custody of any officer or employee of the commission shall be submitted in writing either in person or by mail to the public access records officer on a form to be prescribed and furnished by such officer. Records shall be available for inspection at the office on all regular business days from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

(c) The designated records access officers may be contacted in Room 944, Legislative Office Building, Albany, New York 12224 or by telephone (518) 472- 8300.
