Section 800.29 - Speed limit in port area

Any person operating or driving a motor vehicle or other vehicle within the port area shall operate and drive the same at a careful and prudent speed, not greater than is reasonable and proper, having due regard to traffic, surface and use of the property, and at all times subject to the rules and regulations of the commission.
