Section 800.18 - Explosives and inflammables

(a) Explosive and hazardous or highly inflammable commodities or materials may only be handled over, or received on the wharfs or terminals of the commission by special arrangement with, and at the option of the commission and subject to Federal, State and City rules and regulations.

(b) If, and when, permitted, liquid petroleum products, hay, straw, flax tow, and other commodities deemed extra hazardous will be received only between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and must be immediately removed from the premises.
