Part 701 - Access To Personal Information Held By The Commission Of Investigation
Section 701.5 - Denial of request for record or amendment or correction of a record or personal information

(a) A denial of a request for a record or a request to amend or correct a record or personal information shall be in writing, state the reason therefor and advise the requester of the right to appeal.

(b) A failure to provide requested records or respond to a request to amend or correct a record or personal information promptly, as described in section 701.3(c) of this Part, shall also be deemed as a denial that may be appealed.
