Section 2700.8 - Fees

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:
(1) Inspections of
records.
(2) Search for
records.
(3) Any certification
pursuant to this Part.
(b)
(1) The
fee for photocopies not exceeding 8-1/2 by 14 inches is 25 cents per
page.
(2) The fee for copies of
records other than photocopies which are 8-1/2 by 14 inches or less in size
shall be the actual copying cost excluding fixed costs of the board.
