Section 2605.7 - Application and financial assistance process

(a) At any time after the issuance of a confirmation letter by the corporation, the project sponsor may submit a completed application to the corporation for the purpose of obtaining the financial assistance identified in the confirmation letter. Such completed application may include evidence of:

(1) financial commitments to complete the project;

(2) all necessary approvals and permits;

(3) all final plans and designs;

(4) bond resolutions;

(5) all necessary State Environmental Quality Review Act approvals;

(6) satisfaction of security agreements as outlined in section 2605.8 of this Part; and

(7) any additional information the corporation may require.

(b) After a project sponsor has submitted an application satisfactory to the corporation, the corporation shall provide financial assistance through the execution of a PFLA with the project sponsor.

(c) Any PFLA for an eligible project shall include a schedule for the completion of the entire project and an agreement by the recipient to complete the entire project in accordance with that project completion schedule regardless of the availability of future assistance from the fund.
