Section 655.5 - Damaging commission property; liability therefor

No person shall damage, mark or deface the bridges or other structures and appurtenances under the control of the commission. The owner and driver of any vehicle using the bridges shall be severally liable for any defacement or injury to the structure in which any such vehicle is involved or by an act of any occupant of such vehicle.
