Section 654.7 - Reasonable care required

No vehicle shall be operated carelessly or negligently or in disregard of the right or safety of others, or without due caution and circumspection, or at a rate of speed or in a manner so as to endanger persons or property. Nothing contained in or omitted from the rules and regulations contained in this Chapter shall be construed to relieve any person whatsoever from exercising all reasonable care to avoid or prevent injury or damage to persons or property.
