Section 654.15 - Stopping, standing or parking

Vehicles shall not stop, stand or park in or upon the bridges except:

(a) when necessary to avoid injury or damage to persons or property,

(b) in compliance with the direction of an employee of the commission or traffic signal, or

(c) while paying tolls or surrendering toll receipts, or

(d) during the time when the gates at the Rouses Point Bridge are closed for the purpose of opening or closing the draw; provided, however, that vehicles may be parked in such places as may be designated by the commission.
