Section 302.12 - Emergency vehicles

Upon the approach of any ambulance, police or fire department vehicle or any authority emergency vehicle, giving audible signal by bell, siren or exhaust whistle, all traffic shall proceed as near as possible to the right hand curb on the roadway and stop unless and until otherwise directed by a member of the toll force, a police officer, or until such traffic shall have passed.
