Section 250.1 - Violations of the Lobbying Act

The following acts by any lobbyist, public corporation or client are violations of the Lobbying Act:

(a) the knowing and willful failure to file a complete and accurate statement of registration, bi-monthly or semi-annual report, or any amendment thereto, within the time required;

(b) the knowing and willful offering or giving a gift with a value exceeding $75 to a public official; and

(c) the knowing and willful filing of a false statement or report required to be filed.
