Section 204.9 - Towing

(a) No vehicle may be towed by rope or other nonrigid device unless under the direction of an agent or employee of the authority.

(b) No vehicle may be towed on any part of the authority facilities unless towed by a properly equipped and operated tow truck, or other emergency service vehicle, unless under the supervision and direction of an agent or employee of the authority.
