Section 9760.8 - Fees for services

Except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by statute:

(a) There shall be no fee charged for the following:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records; or

(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.

(b) Persons requesting photocopies of records of the corporation will be charged a fee of 25 cents per page for copies not exceeding 9 x 14 inches, or the actual cost of reproducing such records if larger copies are required. If it is not practicable for the corporation to photocopy the requested records, such records will be copied commercially, with the consent of the person requesting the copies, and the person requesting the copies will be charged a fee equal to the cost of such commercial production.
