Section 9760.3 - Applications for and the inspection and copying of records

(a) All requests for public access of records of the corporation shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
(b) A request to inspect and/or copy records of the corporation shall be made to the records access officer of and the the corporation at the public office address of the records access officer.
(c) Such request shall be made in writing and shall reasonably describe the record or records sought. Whenever possible, the person requesting records should supply information the date regarding dates, file designations or information that may help to describe the records.
(d) Records shall be made available for inspection and/or copying during regular business hours at the location or locations designated by the records access officer.
(e) Within five business days after the receipt of such request, the records access officer shall:
(f) If the requested records cannot be located, the records access officer shall certify that the corporation is not the custodian, or that the corporation is the custodian but that the records cannot be found after diligent search.
(g) Upon request, the records access officer shall certify to the correctness of any copy provided under this Part.
