Section 9760.2 - Definitions

The following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context shall indicate another or different meaning or intent:

(a) Corporation means the New York Local Government Assistance Corporation created by title 4 of article 10-B of the Public Authorities Law.

(b) Record means any information kept, held, filed, produced or reproduced by, with or for the corporation, in any physical form whatsoever including, but not limited to, reports, statements, examinations, memoranda, opinions, folders, files, books, manuals, pamphlets, forms, papers, designs, drawings, maps, photos, letters, microfilms, computer tapes or discs, rules, regulations or codes.

(c) Records access officer means the secretary of the corporation or the duly designated representative of the Secretary.

(d) Records appeals officer means the duly designated representative of the directors of the corporation authorized to hear and determine appeals from denials of access to records.
