Section 8000.8 - Fees

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:
(1) inspection of
records;
(2) search for records;
or
(3) any certification pursuant
to this Part.
(b) The fee for photocopies not exceeding 9 x 14 inches is 25 cents per page.
(c) The fee for copies of records other than photocopies which are 9 x 14 inches or less in size shall be the actual copying cost excluding fixed corporation costs such as salaries.
(d) Payment of fees under this section shall be made in cash or by U.S. money order or by bank check payable to the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
