Section 6000.2 - Designation of records access officer

(a) The New York State Committee on Sentencing Guidelines is responsible for insuring compliance with the regulations in this Part, and designates the following person as records access officer: Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Committee, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Room 2361, Albany, NY 12223.
(b) Records access officers are responsible for insuring appropriate agency response to public requests for records. The designation of records access officers shall not be construed to prohibit officials who have in the past been authorized to make records or information available to the public from continuing to do so.
