Section 5908.5 - Prohibition of contingent payments

An applicant shall execute an affidavit stating that the applicant has not and will not enter into any agreement, expressed or implied, providing for the payment of money or any other consideration for professional or other services in the nature of a brokerage commission or finder's fee which is dependent upon or contingent upon the approval of an award of financial assistance from the foundation. The affidavit provided herein shall be filed with the foundation prior to the closing of any agreement for financial assistance with the foundation.
