Section 5904.10 - Review of applications for planning and program development grant awards

(a) In reviewing any application for planning and program development grant awards, the board shall consider whether the applicant has satisfactorily demonstrated that, after completion of the planning and program development proposal submitted in its application, it reasonably may be expected to be designated as a Center for Advanced Technology pursuant to the provisions of this Part. In making its determination, the board shall consider, among other things, whether the applicant has satisfactorily demonstrated:
(b) In conducting its review of applications for planning and program development grant awards, the board may use a committee of its members designated by the chairman of the board to make recommendations to the board on such applications and shall seek and consider the advice of peer review panels (as defined in section 5904.2[g] of this Part).
(c) No application for a planning and program development grant award shall be deemed approved until it is approved by the board, and in no event shall any applicant be eligible to receive more than one such grant award.
