Part 5902 - Applications For Financial Assistance-corporation For Innovation Development Program
Section 5902.2 - Definitions

As used in this Part:

(a) Foundation means the New York State Science and Technology Foundation, with headquarters at 99 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12210.

(b) Executive director means the executive director of the foundation.

(c) Board means the board of directors of the foundation.

(d) Applicant means any corporation which is the subject of an application for financial assistance under the Corporation for Innovation Development Program.

(e) CID program means the Corporation for Innovation Development Program, a program of financial assistance to new, technology-based business ventures, funded by a U.S. Department of Commerce Special Economic Development Administration grant, and by the State of New York, administered by the foundation.

(f) Investment review committee means the committee designated by the board to review and act upon applications for CID program financial assistance filed with the foundation.

(g) CID program manager means that member of the foundation staff designated to oversee the CID program.
