Part 5901 - Support For Regional High Technology Development Organizations
Section 5901.8 - Regional organization criteria

The office shall evaluate the regional high technology development organizational data included in the submitted proposal, based on the following criteria and such additional criteria as set forth in the request for proposals issued by the office:

(a) the degree and completeness of information contained in the proposal;

(b) the nature, relevance and importance of the proposed activities to the region;

(c) the anticipated economic benefits to the State and the region to be derived from the proposed activities described in the proposal;

(d) the degree to which the membership of the regional high technology development organization is representative of the region's business, industry, labor, academic and government sectors, including strong representation of the high technology private sector;

(e) the commitment of time and energy of the principals of the regional high technology development organization;

(f) the operational readiness of the regional high technology development organization to carry out the activities described in the proposal; and

(g) the organization's prior experience and demonstrated results in performing activities identical or similar to those identified in the proposal.
