Section 5706.1 - Violations

(a) Violation of any rule or regulation governing or regulating traffic on that portion of the bridge within the territorial limits of the United States of America shall be a traffic infraction, as that is defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, and shall be punishable as such.

(b) Violation of any other rule or regulation contained herein shall be cause for denial of the use of the bridge at the discretion of the bridge manager or his agent.
