Section 5702.3 - Authority's prerogatives

As a condition of the special permit or escort set forth in section 5701.3 of this Chapter, the authority shall specify the time of crossing, provide escort if deemed necessary, and be fully compensated for any and all costs associated with the clearance and crossing of the radioactive materials.
