Section 5700.1 - Use of facilities conditional

The use of facilities by any person or vehicle shall be deemed to be conditional upon payment of the prescribed toll herein set forth and upon observance of the rules and regulations as adopted; all rights, privileges, licenses and permits, express or implied, granted by the authority for the use of the facilities, shall be deemed to be revocable; and each such right, privilege, license or permit shall, at the option of the authority, be deemed to be revoked and cancelled by and upon the breach of any such rule or regulation, or the violation of any applicable laws or ordinances, while using the facilities. Persons or vehicles violating any such rule or regulation, as well as any or all other vehicles owned or operated by such person or by the owner and/or operator of such vehicle, may be excluded from the facilities permanently or for a specified time.
