Section 5015.2 - Members of retirement board who have been elected by the membership of the system

It shall be the duty of each board of education which has granted a leave of absence, pursuant to subdivision 6 of section 506 of the Education Law, to a member of the system who has been elected by the membership to the retirement board to annually report to the system the salary which said board member would have earned for the said year had she/he not been on leave of absence.
