Part 4900 - Public Access To Records
Section 4900.2 - Definitions

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

(a) Authority shall mean the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority, a public benefit corporation created pursuant to title 11-B[14] of the Public Authorities Law of the State of New York.

(b) Subsidiaries shall mean all of the public benefit subsidiary corporations of the authority.

(c) Freedom of Information Law shall mean chapter 578 of the Laws of 1974, as amended by chapter 933 of the Laws of 1977, constituting article 6 of the Public Officers Law.

(d) Rules shall mean the regulations set forth in this Part.

(e) Records shall mean any information kept, held, filed, produced or reproduced by the authority and its subsidiaries, in any physical form whatsoever, including but not limited to reports, statements, examinations, memoranda, opinions, folders, files, books, manuals, pamphlets, forms, papers, designs, drawings, maps, photos, letters, microfilms, computer tapes or discs, rules, regulations or codes, if any.
