(a) Grants for regional and industrial planning studies and economic development initiatives assistance shall generally not exceed $150,000 and shall require an equity contribution of 10 percent.
(b) The foregoing term and condition is in addition to the applicable general terms and conditions set forth in section 4243.4 of this Part.
