Section 4243.26 - Evaluation criteria

In addition to the applicable evaluation criteria set forth in section 4243.3 of this Part, the corporation shall evaluate applications for regional and industrial planning studies and economic development initiatives assistance in accordance with the following criteria:
(a) the application must demonstrate that the economic development fund determinations can be made; and
(b) the extent to which the evaluation criteria, as applicable, can be met.
