Section 4243.23 - Terms and conditions

(a) This type of program assistance will generally not be less than $100,000 and shall generally not exceed the lesser of 50 percent of total project costs or $500,000.

(b) Generally, loans shall be between 40 percent and 50 percent of the assistance and grants may provide the balance of the assistance based on the extent to which the community in which the project is located is a distressed area.

(c) Grants for preliminary planning will generally not be less than $25,000 or greater than $100,000 and shall generally not exceed 50 percent of total project planning costs.

(d) The foregoing terms and conditions are in addition to the applicable general terms and conditions set forth in section 4243.4 of this Part.
