General Development Financing
Section 4243.10 - Eligible uses

(a) Program funds for general development financing may be used for:
(1) new construction, renovation or leasehold
improvements;
(2) the acquisition
or leasing of land, buildings, machinery and equipment;
(3) soft costs related to any of the above
uses;
(4) working capital;
and
(5) feasibility or planning
studies.
(b) Program funds for general development financing may not be used for any ineligible costs.
