Section 4243.31 - Terms and conditions

(a) Generally, assistance for commercial area development financing projects for eligible uses described in section 4243.29(a)(1) of this Part will not be less than $75,000 and shall generally not exceed 30 percent of total project costs or $1,000,000, whichever is less.

(b) Generally, assistance for commercial area development financing projects for eligible uses described in section 4243.29(a)(2) and (3) of this Part will not be less than $25,000 and shall generally not exceed 50 percent of total project costs or $1,000,000, whichever is less.

(c) The foregoing terms and conditions are in addition to the applicable general terms and conditions set forth in section 4243.4 of this Part.
