Section 4243.36 - Generally

(a) Champlain Bridge and August-September Storm and Flood Recovery Fund (the fund) provides general development financing assistance on an emergency basis:

(1) for retail and service businesses (retail and service businesses) located in the Towns of Crown Point, Moriah, and Ticonderoga, New York, the Village of Port Henry, New York and agricultural and manufacturing businesses, located in Essex County, New York (agricultural and manufacturing businesses), that were adversely affected by the October 16, 2010 emergency permanent closing of the unsafe Lake Champlain Bridge; and

(2) retail and service businesses and agricultural and manufacturing businesses located in Essex County, New York that were adversely affected by storms and flooding occurring from and including August 27, 2011 and continuing through and including September 8, 2011.
