Capital Access Projects
Section 4243.34 - Evaluation criteria

In addition to the applicable evaluation criteria set forth in section 4243.3 of this Part, the corporation shall evaluate applications for capital access assistance by administering corporations in accordance with the following criteria:

(a) the applications must demonstrate that the economic development fund determinations can be made;

(b) the extent to which the evaluation criteria, as applicable, can be met; and

(c) in the case of recapitalizations of capital access projects, the extent to which the administering corporation can demonstrate satisfactory administration of the previous program assistance.
