Section 4242.2 - Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below for purposes of this Part:

(a) Eligible business shall mean any of those businesses set forth in section 4242.3 of this Part as eligible for program assistance.

(b) Eligible project or eligible expansion or attraction project shall mean a project that meets the requirements of section 4242.3(a) and is not ineligible under section 4242.3(b) of this Part.

(c) New, permanent, full-time, private sector job shall mean a job meeting the requirements of section 4242.3 of this Part.

(d) Retail shall have the meaning set forth in section 4242.3(b)(1) of this Part.
