Part 4213 - Minority And Women Business Development And Revolving Loan Fund Program
Section 4213.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to set forth and codify the application process, eligibility criteria and procedure for the administration by the corporation of the Minority and Women Business Development and Revolving Loan Fund Program authorized and to be funded from the appropriation made by the appropriating legislation. The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to minority and women business enterprises. The corporation will also seek to establish affirmative action goals for participation in program projects by minorities and women pursuant to the UDC Act.
