(a) Each licensed commercial ground transportation operator is required to maintain the following current information on file with the SRAA. This information shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
(1) For each vehicle:
(i) copy of current vehicle
registration;
(ii) vehicle
identification number;
(iii)
license plate number;
(iv) proof of
insurance;
(v) roster of drivers
authorized to operate the vehicle.
(b) For each driver:
(1) copy of driver's
license.
