Section 56.8 - Fine or suspension for pilot's noncompliance with regulations of the Federal government for the use of Ambrose or other channels or areas

The pilot of any vessel who shall fail to comply strictly with regulations prescribed by the Federal government for the use of Ambrose Channel or other channels or areas, shall be subject to a fine of $100 or suspension of license, at the discretion of the commissioners. No order or request by the master, agent or owner of the vessel shall be held to exonerate the pilot from this penalty.
