Section 56.2 - Penalty for failure by pilot to obey order

Failure to obey promptly any order relative to the performance of duty which a pilot may receive, either directly from the president of the association or other body of pilots licensed by the commissioners of which the pilot may be a member, or through the medium of any person or persons charged with the issuance or transmittal of orders relative to the performance of duty, shall subject a pilot to revocation or suspension of his license in the discretion of the commissioners.
