Section 56.15 - Membership in or association with unapproved pilotage organization prohibited; forfeiture of pilot's license

No pilot licensed by the board shall belong to, or be associated with, any association relating to pilotage which shall adopt any rule or regulation for the government of pilots unless such association submits to the board all rules and regulations for the government of pilots adopted by it and receives the approval of the board of such rules and regulations before attempting to put such rules or regulations into effect. A failure to observe this section may result in the forfeiture of a pilot's license.
